Our policy on refunds for AgentHQ subscriptions.
Subscriptions are non-refundable
Residennce subscription payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
No prorated or partial refunds
There are no prorated refunds for unused subscription time and no partial-month refunds. Cancelling before the end of your paid billing period does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining days.
You keep access through your paid period
When you cancel, you retain normal AgentHQ access through the end of the period you have already paid for. You will not be charged for the next period.
Prepaid periods
The same no-refund principle applies to prepaid subscription periods, subject to applicable law.
Where refunds are required by law
Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
